Gourmet Chef Services are offered for breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner. Meals and Beverages are additional (Only our in-house chefs are permitted at the Haciendas.)

Location Details

The villa is very close to the center of Puerto Aventuras, which is located around a marina where you’ll find Dolphin Discovery, international restaurants, grocery stores, boutiques and post office.
There is also a Golf course, tennis facilities and skate board park close-by.
Puerto Aventuras is conveniently located to take advantage of the many places to visit in the area, including Mayan Ruins, Cenotes, stunning beaches, Eco parks Xcaret, Xelha, Xplor, work class suba diving and dave diving, Hidden Worlds and much more.

There is a minimum 7-bedroom stay requirement in the High and Mid Seasons. Fewer rooms may be possible, but please confirm
Only registered guests staying at Hacienda del Mar Puerto Aventuras are permitted on the property
All bedrooms with two twin beds can be pushed together to make a king-size bed upon request
Guests pay a price per person per day for the meal plan (includes food and soft drinks). All year round and Christmas Week.
Alcoholic beverages are available at an additional, plus 20% shopping fee.
Under Puerto Aventuras Bylaws Music is permitted until 11:00 pm.
Check-in is 3pm. Check-out is 10 am. If you will require late check-out you may consider renting an additional night.
This villa accepts weddings and special events, such as larger groups and corporate retreats. Hacienda Magica, Hacienda Corazon and Hacienda Del Mar, next door properties, may be rented together as The Hacienda Estate. It may host events of 250 guests. Offering luxurious suites for 90 guests. We have other villas close by for further guests. Please contact us for details.

Holiday Season, Christmas and New Year, rate + taxes for the whole house, rate includes 2 guests per bedroom, VIP all inclusive (food, beverages, soft drinks and liquors).
*Certain exclusions apply), one round trip transportation from/to airport for a group of guests arriving/leaving at the same time.
*Gourmet food not included (as foie gras, caviar, etc), top shelf alcohol, specialty drinks not included. These items may be purchased at additional cost.
