Designed by the renowned architectural firm Blee Halligan, our exterior spaces are a testament to both aesthetics and functionality. An impressive 80 feet of beach frontage beckons you to explore the sandy shores and immerse yourself in the crystal-clear waters. 

For those who crave recreation, our property boasts a pickleball court and a 10,949 gallon main pool, as well as a more intimate 2,812-gallon dipping pool, offering refreshing moments of relaxation or a great spot for your sunset cocktail. The villa also boasts two beautiful firepits to enjoy in the evening or at night while watching the stars.

Relax in one of eight spacious bedrooms spread over the main house, two guest casitas, two bunk lodges, and a stand alone bedroom. Each offers an ensuite bathroom, an ocean or garden view, air-conditioning, and more. Five suites boast king beds; two family bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements; and a stand alone bedroom with king bed and full kitchenette provides excellent privacy.

Dune House enables you to experience the very best of outdoor living. Ride one of the villa’s paddleboards or bicycles for some healthy recreation. Indulge in a barbecue in an alfresco dining area by a cascading waterfall. Take a dip in the heated pool and then fill your glass from the bar. THE MAIN HOUSE

Ascending to the upper level of the main house, you'll discover three inviting bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed for your comfort. These private sanctuaries offer a peaceful retreat and are equipped with rain showers, ensuring your daily routines are nothing short of rejuvenating. Open the electronic door key to unlock the comfort and serenity that awaits.

FAMILY BEDROOMS

For guests of all ages, we have two luxe family bedrooms with twin lofts, ideal for a cozy night's sleep or creating unforgettable childhood memories. Equipped with rain showers, these rooms cater to the comfort of every guest.  With two twin beds below which can be converted into king beds.

CASITAS

Our property also features two casitas that offer a separate haven for those seeking a touch of exclusivity. Elegantly designed and equipped with rain showers, these casitas provide a harmonious blend of comfort and sophistication.

STAND ALONE BEDROOM

In addition to the main house, casitas, and family bedrooms, we offer a stand-alone bedroom with its own kitchenette, providing an extra layer of privacy and comfort. Rain showers and electronic door keys complete the experience, ensuring that every guest enjoys their stay in luxury.
