Overview

The villa is located in third line, a 100 m from the beachfront, with views to the garden. Private exclusive-use luxury villa, exquisitely appointed, and boasting a dining lounge, recreational area, expansive sun deck, swimming pool and 2 hot tubs, sumptuous guest rooms, on a secluded and appointed space of 16,146 sqft.

It has a rooftop terrace with hot tub, a fully equipped kitchen, large living room and over 7,535 sqft of private plot. An additional hot tub is in the garden area. The rooms are as follow: a master bedroom, two en-suite bedrooms, a bedroom (king size) sharing a bathroom with another smaller room (2 twins).

The luxurious villa promises a comfortable stay in the lavish premises of Zanzibar White Sand Luxury Villas & Spa and is serviced by a butler for your utmost comfort. We believe that space is luxury, which is why we strive to offer the most privacy and space to our guests. Each villa is located on a 16,146 sqft of private plot delimited by lush gardens, with liveable area of 5,382 sqft of complete privacy. The unique architecture of each villa has been specially designed to blend in the natural beauty of the setting and is uncompromising when it comes to luxury standards. Interiors have been decorated with carefully selected antiques and highest quality designs.

Each villa faces the seafront and consists of two units connected by a garden with a terrace and private pool. The main part of the villa is a day area with a stunning high-ceiling lounge and dining section. The second part is a resting area including bedroom with king-size bed, dressing closet, and bathroom with rain shower as well as outdoor bathtub. The beautiful Paje beach is a stunning backdrop for a relaxing afternoon, however if you would like to experience a little more activities, a wide range of amenities is available complimentary for guests of every age.

• Main Pool - Our large main restaurant includes a main pool with a neighboring paddle pool for children and lounge chairs for the ultimate beach-side relaxation. 
• Paddle Pool - Our separate baby pool provides a safe space for parents and little ones to have a dip together.
• Beach Sunbeds - Sunbathe comfortable with our sunbeds by the main pool and on the beach, in the shade of umbrellas and large tents on the beach.
• Boutique - Find locally-made souvenirs, cosmetics, clothes and accessories. Browse luxury brands such as Vilbrequin, tanzanite jewelry and art decor. Tailoring is available so you can design your own clothes and items.
• Yoga - Join in our complimentary yoga classes, or schedule your private class (at charge) and find inner inner peace and harmony.
• Spa - The Senses Spa includes massage and facials treatment rooms, nail and hair beauty salon. The infrared sauna, steam room and hot tub use is complimentary for our guests.
• Stand Up Paddles and Kayaks - Glide on the transparent waters of the Indian Ocean in a crystal kayak, or on stand-up paddles.
• Bicycles - Our beach cruisers are free for rental for all our guests, ideal to drive to the neighboring Paje village (1 km) or move through the resort.
• Catamaran Hobie Cat - Hop on the beautiful catamaran Hobie Cat to explore the waters around Paje and feel the sea breeze. Rentals with or without instructor.

• Petanque & Games - Petanque, volleyball, chess, darts, ping pong, pool table and more are available at the resort.

• Children Playground - Including a trampoline, swings and a slide, all located in a shaded area. Child minding may be organized (subject to availability, charges apply).
• Game Room - A game room with toys, movies and board games is available by the reception.
• Baby Amenities - We’ll help take the strain out of packing by providing baby equipment, including cots (wooden and travel), high chairs and car seats.
• Mini Farm - Visit donkeys and rabbits at the mini-farm.

Our reservations are made on a half-board basis by standard. To enjoy your stay fully, you can upgrade to all inclusive, or decide to book on a bed & breakfast basis. The options include:

• All Inclusive (extra charge): Breakfast, lunch and Dinner, soft drinks and house wines, beers, spirits & liqueurs. Mini-bar consumption.

Restaurants and Bars on Property: 

• Doors to Zanzibar Restaurant - Our fine-dining restaurant with an upscale atmosphere and a la carte menu. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and offers an intimate experience whether dining on the terrace or in the high ceiling room with its central nacre chandelier.
• Beach Restaurant - The perfect spot for a lunch on the beach, the intimate restaurant is in a shaded area with a stunning view on the white sand and turquoise waters of Paje beach. We offer a fresh seafood and meat barbecue, salads and healthy smoothies (a la carte also possible). Note the restaurant is open during lunchtime only and subject to weather conditions.
• Beach Bar - Open during the day, the beach bar ensures you get your dose of sun and pina colada but also water and a casual atmosphere for a beachy day. Opening may be subject to weather conditions.
• Lounge Bar - Situated by the main restaurant Doors to Zanzibar, the lounge bar offers comfortable seating in a design atmosphere, completed with a pool table and library. Relax there with a smoothie, coffee or cocktail and Wi-Fi (available for free throughout the resort).
• Sunset Bar - The Sunset Bar offers a stunning view on the resort and sunset, it is open daily in the evening. You will also find one of the best view of the starry African night sky and we may install a telescope upon request. This bar can be privatized upon request and subject to availability.
• Private and Romantic Dining - In-room dining is possible at any time. A room service menu is available in your room and tray charges may apply. Feeling romantic? A special set up on the beach can be organized for you and love one(s) – just let us know at least 24 hours in advance (setup charge apply).
• In-Room Dining - Enjoy a meal in the privacy of your room. Your dining experience can be set in the bedroom, dining room, or on a terrace (subject to the accommodation type).
