Overview

The Beachfront One-Bedroom villa is designed as two buildings connected by a wooden pathway and terrace. One building is the en-suite 592 sqft bedroom with king size bed (that may be converted to twin upon request prior to arrival), a bathroom with an indoor rainshower, two sinks, wardrobe and separate toilets. A rooftop terrace with a stunning view overlooking the beachfront is accessed by an external staircase from the bedroom unit.

Additionally, the villa includes: a living room unit with high ceiling and seating area, a large terrace, private pool, 592 sqft of private plot, lounge chairs, and an external bathroom with outdoor shower and bathtub. The villa is surrounded by lush gardens and is placed on the beachfront, with a direct beach access. The villa is serviced by a butler for your utmost comfort.

Space is luxury, which is why guests are offered the most privacy and space. Each villa is located on a 16,146 sqft of private plot delimited by lush gardens, with liveable area of 5,382 sqft of complete privacy.

The unique architecture of each villa has been specially designed to blend in the natural beauty of the setting and is uncompromising when it comes to luxury standards. Interiors have been decorated with carefully selected antiques and highest quality designs.

Each villa faces the seafront and consists of two units connected by a garden with a terrace and private pool. The main part of the villa is a day area with a stunning high-ceiling lounge and dining section. The second part is a resting area including bedroom with king-size bed, dressing closet, and bathroom with rain shower as well as outdoor bathtub.

The beautiful Paje beach is a stunning backdrop for a relaxing afternoon, however if you would like to experience a little more activities, a wide range of amenities is available complimentary for guests of every age.

Produce is used from the organic herbs, fruits and vegetable garden for the local ingredients and offer you the freshest caught seafood daily. Reservations are made on a half-board basis by standard. To enjoy your stay fully, you can upgrade to all inclusive, or decide to book on a bed & breakfast basis. The options include:

• Doors to Zanzibar Restaurant - The fine-dining restaurant with an upscale atmosphere and a la carte menu. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and offers an intimate experience whether dining on the terrace or in the high ceiling room with its central nacre chandelier
• Beach Restaurant - The perfect spot for a lunch on the beach, the intimate restaurant is in a shaded area with a stunning view on the white sand and turquoise waters of Paje beach. The restaurant offers a fresh seafood and meat barbecue, salads and healthy smoothies (a la carte also possible). Note the restaurant is open during lunchtime only and subject to weather conditions
• Beach Bar - Open during the day, the beach bar ensures you get your dose of sun and pina colada but also water and a casual atmosphere for a beachy day. Opening may be subject to weather conditions
• Lounge Bar - Situated by the main restaurant Doors to Zanzibar, the lounge bar offers comfortable seating in a design atmosphere, completed with a pool table and library. Relax there with a smoothie, coffee or cocktail and Wi-Fi (available for free throughout the resort)
• Sunset Bar - The Sunset bar offers a stunning view on the resort and sunset, it is open daily in the evening. You will also find one of the best view of the starry African night sky and a telescope may be installed upon request. This bar can be privatized upon request and subject to availability
• Private and Romantic Dining - In-room dining is possible at any time. A room service menu is available in your room and tray charges may apply. Feeling romantic?
