Located in the private residential community of Terres Basses, its views over gorgeous Baie Longue Beach and the sea beyond will leave you stunned. It is surrounded by tropical gardens which will set the stage for a serene experience. The classic Caribbean-style villa has been designed so each of the buildings offers its own sense of privacy while still being connected by terraces. 

The center of the villa is the large, infinity-edge pool that wraps around the formation of the home. The covered terrace features a comfortable dining area, plenty of sunbathing chairs, a barbecue area, and lovely lounging seated area. The large living room will entertain with its soft furniture and TV and music system. Just around the corner is the gourmet kitchen. There is a secondary seating area for intimate meals when the group is smaller. 

La Josephine has five bedrooms and is capable of accommodating 12 guests. There are 4 king-sized beds and two queen size beds. This villa is perfect for a group getaway or a family gathering and is located close to the action of Cupecoy and Maho beyond.

One complimentary arrival transfer AND one complimentary departure transfer (1 vehicle - up to 10 guests) directly to the villa is included. Changes, corrections, or additional transfers may incur additional fees. Each vehicle can accommodate: 10 guests + 1 cabin luggage per person + 1 carry-on per person. Guests arriving at different times can use the departure transfer as an additional arrival transfer. This means you’ll have two vehicles (up to 10 guests each) to allocate as you prefer between Airport-Villa. No departure transfer will be offered under this rule. Detours during transfers are possible for an additional fee.
Every arrival transfer—complimentary or additional—includes a warm welcome by the dedicated Airport Greeter, Leo.

Rate Policies

**Festive bookings: Final payment is due 120 days prior to departure.** New Policy Regarding Extra Guests Any additional guest must be approved at the time of booking. The payment for the additional guest(s) will be collected at the time of the booking. Extra guest(s) will now be charged a mandatory $40/day/person fee at the time of the reservation. For the villas including chef services, if any extra guest(s) has been approved by the Host, the extra guest(s) will be charged between $100/day/person to $150/day/person according to the villa – This fee includes chef services (cost of the food & drinks are additional). Additional to this fee, the guests will also be charged $20/day for the rental of the bed/crib (including linens). The owners reserve the right to refuse extra guests not previously approved at the time of booking.

Minimum Stay Details

4 nights minimum during High/Low Seasons; 12 nights minimum over Christmas/New Year's (10 nights minimum may be allowed if the arrival is Dec 27). Please note that the minimum night stay requirements for Christmas and New Year's are subject to change without notice. Please inquire with an agent for more information. Exceptions: Entire February: 4 or 5 nights on request only. Presidents Week, Easter Week, and Thanksgiving: 7 nights minimum. Minimum night stay may vary by villa. Accidental Damage Waiver

A $249 Accidental Damage Waiver applies to every reservation.
