Palm Paradise and Coconut Cottage

Overview

Palm Paradise features three bedrooms with king-size beds in the main house, each with a private en-suite bathroom.  Additionally, Coconut Cottage is a one-bedroom, two-level cottage located in the garden.

The exterior patio areas have lovely and comfortable seating overlooking the beautiful, large swimming pool. There are patios both in the shade or in the sun - you pick. Adjacent to the cottage and romantically set in the garden is a jacuzzi, it's the perfect place to relax and enjoy that glass of wine.

The main living space is an open concept, free flowing space between the kitchen, living room, and dining area. 

The kitchen offers granite counter tops with name brand appliances and travertine floors.

The cottage is located away from the main house and has a kitchen with custom mahogany cupboards, name-brand appliances, and travertine floors. Of course you’ll come to relax but if you do have to log-in, there is high-speed internet with wi-fi extenders throughout the villa and cottage.  

At almost a 1/2 acre of secluded gardens set on Oyster pond hillside, the villa features stellar views of the ocean; this is a tropical retreat to relax and enjoy. You could pick a mango right from the tree in your tropical garden, but monkeys might beat you to it – so be on the lookout!

The villa, or both villa and cottage, can be rented.
