Villa Utopic is a very modern and spacious villa featuring an amazing infinity swimming pool in front of the sparkling sea. In the living room, photo works and touches of bright colors tastefully blend with the soothing tones of the fabrics. This most inspired combination makes the living room a true place of relaxation. A retractable screen is also at your disposal for pleasant movie nights.

The kitchen is well equipped to cook meals or to call upon a private chef for any festive event. In addition, the glazed living room opens onto a breathtaking view over the sea and the harbor of Gustavia, like a beautiful art that you’ll love watching and admiring.

At the front of villa Utopic, there is a magnificent terrace, with a covered area featuring a dining space, bright armchairs and a solid wooden table. You’ll also enjoy the spacious outdoor living room with benches, ideal to sip a cocktail. Two steps down, the long, infinity swimming pool seems to melt with the deep blue sea. Comfortable daybeds are facing the view, between the tall palm trees that bring a vegetal touch to the whole. In this lovely scenery, there are also original colorful cushions, close to the green lawn with a pretty swing for delightful moments of rest.

The rental villa Utopic is composed of five air-conditioned bedrooms over two bungalows. One bedroom is located on the main level and the other two ones are on the second floor. All five have king size beds, en-suite bathrooms and office areas. They open onto an outstanding view over the sea through the glass walls which provide a pleasant sense of volume to the whole. There are beautiful photographs in each bedroom, with bright colors and soft textiles. What’s more, sports lovers will be delighted to find the fitness room.
