Overview

The ocean's edge sits 20 feet from the main entertaining area so the sound of the surf and the soft ocean breezes are a constant. Just steps from the villa are the white, sandy beaches of Conchas Chinas. Los Muertos Beach and the popular romantic zone are a short walk along the beach or along historical Calle Santa Barbara with its many large old estates. The Villa has five bedrooms all with private baths and air-conditioning. The three bedrooms on the top level all have ocean views and terrace. The two bedrooms on the lower level open onto the lower terrace with partial ocean views.

The pool and nearby palapa are surrounded by lush tropical vegetation for complete privacy. The spacious upper terrace is perfect place to enjoy the sunset or lounge away the afternoon in the shade of the pergola.

Master Suite 2nd Floor (Above the Garage)

• King-size bed, private bath, TV, stereo, full ocean view and private terrace. This bedroom is very private as it is a separate building with private entrance.
