Pineapple Bungalow

Overview

Since the Pineapple Bungalow is in the first phase of houses being built, that means there are other homes still being built nearby, including directly next door.

Both the outdoor neighborhood pool and amenities will not be open until late May 2021. The indoor neighborhood pool will be Fall 2021. 

With a view of Table Rock Lake and the Ozark Mountains, the Pineapple Bungalow is an excellent choice for your lake life getaway.  Pineapple Bungalow is between “lakeside luxury” and “classic family-friendly.” Beautiful, but not breakable. Real, but not rustic.

Dog-friendly, easy access, king beds, private hot tub, and sitting right between the neighborhood indoor and outdoor pools round out the benefits of this classic vacation rental.

The family-friendly great room is your place to chill by the fire with a nap-worthy sofa (a queen-size sleeper for extra family members), a large flat screen TV, and access to the covered patio. The open layout leads seamlessly to the dining area and kitchen.

Sit down to a feast for the family at the dining table. There is also a card table and four folding chairs provided for additional table seating.

Keep the conversation going while you cook—the kitchen is open to the dining area and great room.  This kitchen has it all: enough place settings, heavy stainless flatware, glasses, mugs, stemware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, baking dishes, crockpots, muffin tins, and cookie sheets for your to make your favorite family meals.  And there’s more: a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, blender, waffle maker, and a KitchenAid mixer. Start the day with waffles and end it with margaritas on the deck.  If you’re a coffee-loving crew, there’s also a Keurig brewing system. Be sure to bring your favorite K-cups, pick some up at the grocery store, or use our grocery delivery service to have your grocery items at the house for your arrival.

The bedrooms are designed for a hotel-meets-home feel. Sleep well on top-of-the-line mattresses in each of the four bedrooms. With two master suites on the main level and two master suites on the upper level, each of your family members will have their own private space.  Draw the light-blocking shades if you want to sleep in, and slide into a comfy cocoon of crisp white sheets.  Read by bedside lamp, or switch on the flat screen TV (every bedroom has both). Each TV will also stream Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, Amazon and more.

Pack a little lighter and make use of the washer and a dryer on the upper level. It’s all yours to use during your stay at Pineapple Bungalow.

The covered patio is a favorite spot at Pineapple Bungalow. The roomy area features a hot tub, gas grill, and a patio set and fire table with a backdrop of Table Rock Lake and the Ozark Mountains.

During your vacation, don’t overlook setting time aside to take advantage of the neighborhood swimming pools just across the street, as well as the playground and lakeside park, too.  The outdoor pool and playground are on one side, and the indoor pool is on the other side of — you could not be in a more perfect spot for your vacation!

Simply around the corner from State Park Marina and no more than 25 minutes from practically anywhere else you want to go in the Branson area, Pineapple Bungalow is the perfect base to chill out at during your vacation. The community of Branson Cove is right off Hwy. 265, giving you easy access to the traffic relief routes to move about the Branson area easily.
