This stunning vacation villa blends Mediterranean-style architecture with almost Romanesque-like features. An embellished iron gate opens to an almost hidden courtyard, complete with lush landscaping and an immediate sense of exclusivity and privacy from the moment you enter the property.

Take the stone pathway as it passes by a tranquil fountain and on to the rest of the villa, eventually connecting to an impressive five-bedrooms, 5.5 baths, and enough room to house up to 10 guests. Just as rewarding as the entryway is the back of the home, which peeks out over the surrounding rooftops and landscaping to the blue waters beyond. The outdoor space makes way for a gracefully curved, heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi, partially framed by a stone sundeck, four relaxing deck loungers, an outdoor grill, and a shaded dining table for gourmet meals under the stars. Back inside, the private bedroom suites are all unique, from the elaborate four-poster bed in the master to the intricately carved wood furnishings in some of the twin bedrooms. With high attention to detail evident throughout the home, the main living space is essentially one open design, including a gourmet kitchen with an island and extra seating, overlooking a tasteful dining table for eight. The space extends to include an upscale living area with an L-shaped couch, built-ins, a graceful fireplace, and a dramatic ceiling that almost becomes its own piece of art as it extends upwards until it is eventually framed by skylights.

Part of the exclusive oceanfront community of Caleta, this stunning Palmilla home sits a short distance from the white sand of a swimmable beach, with six beach chairs to use exclusively throughout your vacation. The gated community also sits within walking distance of local restaurants, close to some local boutiques, and a short distance from the challenging, Jack Nicklaus-designed course at Palmilla Golf Club.
