The villa’s estate includes 12 buildings, a private tennis court, two infinity pools, and a helicopter pad. Across five detached villas and the owner's private villa are numerous exquisitely designed rooms that reflect fine architecture, decor, and design. Eight bedrooms with a combination of king-size and queen-size beds comfortably accommodate a large group of up to 20 guests.

Owner's Villa (Private Suite)

Surrounded on 3 sides by a lily pond, the Owner's Villa at Silent Waters is in itself, its own private retreat. Featuring a spacious Master Bedroom with king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, private pool, and separate living, dining, and kitchen areas.

Tryall Club Temporary Membership Dues

The Tryall Club is a private club where members may use most facilities at no charge except for the tennis shop, ball boys, bar & restaurant, spa, motorized watersports, nanny services, and golf.  Complimentary amenities include the beach, non-motorized watersports, tennis, the fitness room, the Hummingbird Kids Club, Great House afternoon tea, the Manager's Cocktail Party, and various special events.

The Tryall Club requires all villa and condo guests to become members during their stay via a Temporary Membership Dues cost of US$170 (plus a 15% service charge) per week for each guest 16 years and over, or US$34 (plus a 15% service charge) per day per person for stays of less than 7 days. Children between the ages of 13 and 15 are at a discounted rate of 50% plus a 15% service charge. For children 12 years and younger, the Temporary Membership Dues are complimentary.  

Plan to pay your TMD fee at the Front Desk in the Great House when you register (see below).

Please note: There may be occasions when some or all the facilities for the hotel may be closed for membership guest services due to a private hotel event. The Tryall Club reserves the right to change or alter its membership packages with no advance notice.

All-Inclusive Gourmet Meal Plan

Grocery Option:

• If choosing the grocery option, plan to pay for groceries locally in cash.
• A typical grocery budget is about USD 105-125 per adult per day and for young children about USD 55-70 per child per day depending upon the type of menus selected.
• When choosing the grocery option, a pre-payment of USD 2,000 will also be required for pre-stocking of groceries for the first 1-1/2 days.

• Note: Rates are excluding 10% Government Consumption Tax

Beverage:

• For guests that chose either the Meal plan or the Grocery option, wine, liquor, soft drinks, and bottled water must be purchased from Silent Waters’ liquor, wine, and beverage inventory. All beverages (and fresh fruit used at the bar) are charged separately and billed at the end of the stay.
• Note: Additional charges apply for cocktail parties and other guest-hosted events.
