From this hillside villa you can enjoy stunning views and sights of the surroundings with vineyards and olive groves, with sights from your outdoor patio all the way to the pool and the woods all around. Ideal for family gatherings and celebrations you can enjoy the peace and tranquility but at the same time a convenient base to explore Tuscany.
Nearby the villa the walled town of Lucca a perfect place for shopping, visit monuments and to enjoy a bike riding on the stunning walls, however towns such Pisa, S. Gimignano, Florence, Siena and Cinqueterre are just close by.
Back to the villa you can enjoy the views in the infinity pool, while tasting a glass of wine and enjoy al Fresco dinner and barbecue under the gazebo.
The villa sleeps 10 guests in five bedrooms. An additional sofa bed is available on request.

- Bedroom Cipresso is a serene retreat with rustic wood beams, original 1900s hardwood floors, and soft light blue accents that create a welcoming atmosphere. The room features a queen-size bed, antique furnishings, and a private bathroom with heated floors and travertine accents. Windows invite natural light in, framing the surrounding garden and trees, perfect for relaxing with a glass of Chianti.
- Bedroom Olivo bright and welcoming, Olivo features warm white walls, antique furnishings, and cinnamon-colored finishes with a lovely window that catches the morning light. A comfortable queen-size bed and thoughtfully curated furnishings evoke warmth and calm, while the private bathroom is designed with elegant travertine tiles.
- Bedroom Camelia (Primary bedroom) boasts direct access to the pool via a large French door, perfect for enjoying a morning espresso or an evening aperitif. This spacious room is designed with exposed beam ceilings, neutral tones with blue undertones, and classic Tuscan furnishings handmade by local artisans. A luxurious queen-size bed and a massive antique mirror reflecting the breathtaking view, enrich the space, all complemented by a luxurious en suite bathroom with travertine details and two twin sinks, separated only by a bright window overlooking the olive trees, offer a serene backdrop.
- Bedroom Chapel, calm and tranquil, this room has retained all the original details, such as the small oval window and the wooden door enriched with wrought iron grates that leads to the pool area. Originally the chapel of the house, this room is a haven of peace and relaxation. It features soft colors and shades of wine red, antique furniture and a cozy armchair by the French window. A double bed with fresh linens invites you to a restful sleep, the en suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower with travertine finishes and an antique sink from the 1700s.
