The vineyards nearby are called Tenuta di Valgiano - the largest organic wine producer in Lucca
The nearest town for groceries is Segromigno where there are shops, banks and a minimarket. It is 4 km downhill and can be reach in 7-8 min

Villa Notes

The villa is available also for events such weddings a wedding fee is required and max 50 people are accepted on the day of ceremony.
All utilities (indoor pool, electricity, air conditioning, gas, indoor pool heating until the consumption of €700/week are included
