The six guest bedrooms are located on two sides of the villa: 

• On one side the master bedroom with a four-poster bed, a study with a fireplace and a private marble bathroom with a shower and a bath 
• A double room with bathroom and shower
• A double Suite with living area and bathroom with en-suite shower located at pool level 
• A double bedroom with en-suite shower room
• A Family Suite with a double and a double and two private bathrooms with a terrace (the suite can be transformed into 2 separate and independent bedrooms)
• Several stairs; be careful with children

• Large open plan living/ dining room, fireplace, glass doors to terrace, views
• Spacious fully equipped modern kitchen

• Large mature grounds and several terraces 
• Infinity pool and sunbathing area

Local Area

This stunning villa is located in the green hills of Pantogia, the villa is just 2000m from the sea and to Porto Cervo. There is plenty to do in the local area, but Porto Cervo offers a way to combine glamor with laid back cool in a way only Italians can. Enjoy rubbing shoulders with the glitterati at the Yacht Club for dinner, before enjoying a stroll in the marina. The translucent sea is of course of great appeal: enjoy a paddle at Liscia Ruja beach (considered one of the most beautiful on the Costa Smerelda) before relaxing on the pinkish white sand, before finally watching the sunset from one of the beach bars.
