The open space layout is witfully designed and boasts a beautifully decorated dining and living areas combined, a fully equipped chef-kitchen – conveniently adjacent to the patio – with all stainless-steel appliances and a generous island with counter.  On this floor, the private spa with an expansive indoor pool, sauna, and emotional shower. A guest bathroom is also on this floor.
 
OUTDOOR FEATURES
In addition to the highly designed interior quarters, there are plenty of spaces to lounge outdoor. A shaded patio, where guests can enjoy delicious meals prepared by the house-chef, and perfect for an alfresco aperitivo; several verdant terraces with comfortable furniture, lined with Mediterranean flowers and plants. There is also a barbeque for entertaining. One of the terraces features the private pool. A hot-water outdoor shower is available to the guests.
