This Balinese-style 5-bedroom waterfront villa spans almost 9,000 square feet across three levels of elegant indoor and outdoor living spaces with sweeping panoramic views of The Ritz-Carlton Golf Course, as well as calm canal views. 

Guests will have access to all of the services the Ritz Carlton offers, as well as a restaurant, cabana, spa, and tennis or golf reservations. The Ritz Carlton also has a kids camp. 

The resort features large shared pools, however, your private infinity pool will be enjoyed more by family and friends. A poolside BBQ and multiple sundecks add to your quiet enjoyment. Popular with our guests is a private stingray sandbar charter with pick-up and drop-off at the villa. 

You will find 4 bedrooms in the main villa plus one bedroom in the detached guest cottage. There are three luxurious ensuites in the main house, including an oversized shared bathroom on the lower level connecting two guest bedrooms. There's also a powder room on the main level. 

Equipped with a gourmet kitchen, gas range, and ample dining space, you will find this home a great place to host a private chef dinner for those special moments with loved ones.

1 complimentary 6-person golf cart is provided during your stay for quick transportation to and from the resort.

Beach Details

Located on Seven Mile Beach, The Ritz Carlton offers a quintessentially perfect, white-sand barefoot beach, with an exquisite pool, and beachfront cabanas (fee required) on the west side of the resort. The Deckhouse Villas, ballrooms, spa, multiple restaurants, hotel rooms, kids camp, outdoor pools, plus golf and tennis facilities are located on the east side of the resort; connected by a pedestrian bridge from one side to the other.

5 nights minimum during High/Low Seasons; 7 nights minimum during Christmas/New Year's - Christmas & New Year's dates are split into two rental periods.
