The heart of the home is a gourmet chef’s kitchen, fully equipped with Miele and Sub-Zero appliances, custom cabinetry, a wine bar, and elegant quartz countertops. 

The adjacent oceanfront dining area comfortably seats 8-10 guests with mesmerizing views. For a more indulgent affair, arrange for a private chef to prepare a gourmet dinner or a champagne brunch, curated through the dedicated concierge service. 

The four ensuite bedrooms are designed with resort-inspired luxury in mind featuring crisp whites, natural stone textures, and warm timber finishes. Traveling families can request complimentary Pack 'n Plays, high chairs, and other amenities to enhance their stay. Light housekeeping is provided on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday to ensure an effortless five-star stay. Premium linens, toiletries, bathrobes, plus bath and beach towels are all provided. 

Aqua’s amenities extend beyond the residence. The communal infinity pool with a tanning ledge offers a serene place to unwind, while the beachfront below provides a tropical escape. Snorkeling enthusiasts will appreciate the ladder anchored to the seawall providing genter water entry. For barefoot water entry, guests can venture up the beach to The Grandview or Sunset Cove. Private fishing and snorkel charters can also be arranged, departing directly from Aqua’s private cove. 

Guests will be assigned two private parking spaces in Aqua's secured garage with direct access via a keyed elevator. Aqua is a non-smoking property, ensuring a fresh, clean environment for all guests. Beach Details

Aqua is located at the southern end of Seven Mile Beach and enjoys a wide barefoot beach in front of the building and infinity pool. Guests can take barefoot walks south for about half a mile. The beach here is protected by a natural limestone cove. There is snorkeling access via a concrete pier with a water ladder. Barefoot water entry can be enjoyed next door at the Grandview Condos or Sunset Cove, the neighboring properties north along Seven Mile Beach.

Guests must be 25 or older to book and agree to occupy the unit during the entire stay.
All units are non-smoking. Please refrain from smoking inside the residence, on the balcony, and around the pool deck.
No pets are allowed on the property.
No parties, weddings, or events are permitted without written approval from the property manager.
We ask all guests to be considerate when enjoying the pool and outdoor areas by keeping the noise to a minimum.

Tax Service Charge Details *

Please add 13% government occupancy tax, 12.9% concierge and service fee, and a 3.5% admin fee to all rates. All villas have a departure cleaning fee.

Security Deposit Details

A refundable damage deposit of $1,500 is required for all stays. A 50% deposit of rent is required at booking to secure your dates. The remaining balance is due as follows: Stays from Apr. 15 - Dec. 15: 30 days before arrival. Stays from Thanksgiving week & Jan. 4 - Apr. 14: 60 days before arrival. Stays from Dec. 16 - Jan. 3: 90 days before arrival.

Minimum Stay Details

3-night minimum from Apr. 15 - Dec. 15; 5-night minimum from Jan. 4 - Apr. 14; 6-night minimum over Thanksgiving week; 7-night minimum over Christmas & New Year's weeks. Christmas & New Year's are split into two rental periods. Please inquire about your travel dates before booking. Inquire about last-minute stays or long-term rental discounts.

Accidental Damage Waiver

A $199 Accidental Damage Waiver applies to every reservation.
