Overview

The grounds of three hectares are beautifully maintained with Mediterranean trees, chestnuts, olive, lemon, and lime, as well as many flower bushes and fruits trees. The views are spectacular on both sides of the property with a view to the Golfe de St Tropez in the distance.

The entrance is through a large welcoming reception room, with to the left-hand side, a dining room, and spacious kitchen. The sitting room with fireplace is joining to a beautiful conservatory with glassed bay windows and roof that can be totally opened in the summer, there is a very comfortable sitting area with large sofas, coffee table opened plan with dining area.

The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with fridge/freezer, five hobs “Lacanche” gas cooker, two dishwashers, electric oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster.

First Floor

• Master bedroom with wonderful views of the grounds to each side of the property. Super King bed, en suite bathroom with bathtub, shower, double washbasin and water closet
  

Guests Studios

• Three studios with independent access are located on the other side of the pool
• Two studios have “King” size beds of which one can be twinned, one has a  “Queen” size bed
• All the suites have en suite shower room, washbasin and water closet, a kitchenette with coffee machine (Nespresso), small fridge, microwave, and kettle
• They are fully air conditioned and have a private terrace to the front with table and chairs
  

Outdoors

• The pool measures 13 x 6 m and can be heated on request
• It is fenced and at a safe distant of the property for young children
• There are plenty of sun loungers and shade in the summer
