Overview

Provencal Mas of 400 sqm decorated with original taste by professional decorator. Each room has a special atmosphere.

The main entrance is at the north side of the house via a small hall. There is a guest room with toilet and a multi-colored basin.

Next there is the large dining room opening onto the terrace. There is a big dinner table for 10 people, storage for the crockery and a fireplace although the atmosphere is already warm!

To the left is the fully equipped kitchen with a professional 5 burner stove, central table and a TV. The main kitchen has a door to the terrace. And the back kitchen has fridges, freezer, washing machine and dryer. There is also a deep fryer and a Magimix robot. From here is one door to the parking and another one to the technical garden where it is possible to hang clothes.

Next to the kitchen is on office with two doors, one to the north and one to the south part of the house. It also has a sofa-bed that can be used as a spare bed (140 cm) and a bathroom with shower, toilets and hand basin.

The living room is near the dining room with sofas and armchairs to relax in, a fireplace and a wooden bar.

From the living room there is an access to the indoor heated swimming pool. The pool has a counter-current swimming system. There is also a Hammam spa. There are doors to the main terrace and another smaller one.

The first suite is decorated with African inspiration; it has a double bed, a sitting area with a convertible couch, en-suite bathroom and separate WC.  The second suite offers the unique feature of light therapy; it has a double bed and a sofa-bed, as well as an en-suite bathroom with light therapy shower. The third suite is the master suite and has been named the Blue cottage because of its Corsican inspiration and blue walls. It offers a double bedroom completely separate by a door, a living room with a convertible sofa, large complete bathroom and separate WC, and is adjoining bedroom 4 (lockable connecting door). The fourth bedroom with en-suite bathroom and double bed, is accessible from the kitchen staircase and adjoining third suite.

The outside area (1,400 sqm) consists of various corners where it is possible to enjoy some privacy or a nice meal near the fountain on the terrace. Numerous tables and chairs are scattered in the shade of the trees or in the sun, and there is a BBQ/plancha. The heated swimming pool is protected by an infrared alarm and is surrounded by grass. There is bamboo-shaded area with mattress and also bamboo sun-bath chairs and 3 teck chairs. Parking space (for 3 cars) at the back of the house.
