It provides all kind of entertainment facilities such as a tennis court, two swimming pools, a playroom for children and a fully equipped gym room with sauna and Jacuzzi.

The ground floor is composed of a living room & lounge area with vaulted ceilings, a large fireplace and a water fountain.

The first floor east wing is another spacious living room with 8m high ceilings, a huge fireplace, and a floor window over looking the reception room below. This room has a mezzanine with approximately 1,000 old books.

The contemporary kitchen features natural tones and materials with vaulted ceilings. It is equipped with a 'SMEG' stainless oven (90 cm), two 'Maytag' stainless refrigerators, Nespresso machine, electric kettle, percolated coffee machines and 2 'Airlux' dishwashers. The kitchen entrance offers a storage and preparation area with a microwave oven, 'Kitchenaid' blender, and two fondue sets. The large arched windows provide natural light and a door leading onto the gardens as well as stairs to the first floor.

The laundry room has separate drying area, 2 washing machines, and 2 dryers.

There is a library with a large fireplace a bridge table, board games (playing cards, chess, backgammon, etc.) and a guest toilets.  A home cinema features three large sofas, acoustic ceiling, Plasma TV (50 "), CD and DVD players, surround sound system (with docking facility for iPhone), and a selection of about 150 new DVDs (for all ages). The cocktail room leads to the first floor through stairs and door leading onto the gardens.  There is also 2 'Geneva' HIFI stereo systems with docking for iPhones (inside and outside). There are separate stereo systems in the kitchen, library, main living room, and in the fitness room. 

The entirely fenced property is equipped with a private tennis court, two swimming pools, a pool-house, a fitness room, a summer kitchen, eight large sun beds and umbrellas, swings and trampoline for children.

Bedroom 1 (Ground Floor - West Wing): Familial suite with 2 double bedrooms: 1 with king size bed (180 cm) & 1 with queen size bed (160 cm) connected to a second double bedroom with two single beds, a lounge / sitting area and large en-suite bathroom accessible from the twin bedroom with shower, washbasin, and WC
Bedroom 2 (Ground Floor - West Wing): Familial suite 2 with 1 double bedroom with queen size bed (160 cm), a second double bedroom with one single bed, and a lounge / sitting area opening onto a bathroom with washbasin, shower, and WC
Bedroom 3 (First Floor - West Wing): Queen size bed (160 cm), large dressing, TV and DVD player, en-suite bathroom (with marble tiling, stone washbasins, 2 showers, floor-ceiling mirror), mezzanine on top of the bathroom (with mattresses on the floor sleeping up to 4 children or 2 young adults - 11 sqm), and direct access to the garden
