There is a private 12.5m x 2.5m swimming pool (Roman steps) and sunbathing area deck area terrace with outdoor lounge furniture and outdoor dining facilities, BBQ area, and private parking.

From this exclusive delightful oasis, the Cavalaire sur Mer with its bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops, and casino are just three kilometers down the hill.  Further afield are plenty of villages to visit like Ramatuelle, Gassin, Grimaud with its restaurants & bars, and of course St Tropez which is just 20 kilometers away.

The Villa is an excellent base for exploring the very diverse regions. If you venture inland you will encounter peaceful rolling countryside dotted with hilltop villages.  To the West is Bormes les Mimosas, which features weekly markets and restaurants. Along the coastline you will also find Lavandou with its spectacular scenery, fine sandy beaches, turquoise sea and a number of lively resorts with cafes, marinas and palm tree-lined promenades where you can spend unforgettable days during your vacation.

Another wonderful day out would be a boat trip to the island of Porquerolles, a magical unspoilt island with fabulous seafood restaurants, white sands and turquoise waters.
