Overview
This elegant, fully air-conditioned small chateau is the former home of a Pope, set on 140 acres of park land at the gate of Bordeaux. The chateau has six en-suite, air conditioned bedrooms for 12 guests. It offers butler, concierge, waiters, and maid service like at hotel. Visits and wine tasting can be organized.

Chateau Pessac is located in Pessac
7km - from the center of Bordeaux
10 km - from the airport, in the Pessac Léognan wine appellation area, itself part of the Graves appellation, one of Bordeaux’s oldest and most prestigious vineyard area. An ideal starting point to visit the surroundings, such as chateau Margaux, chateau Mouton Rothschild, chateau Haut Brion and many more.
The beautiful city of Bordeaux is just a 7-minute drive away. Bordeaux was classified World Heritage in 2007 by UNESCO for it is a stunning water front city, rich with history and now bustling with shops, luxury boutiques, bistros, cafés and restaurants.
Bordeaux is also near the Atlantic coast, 40 minutes by car, where the pristine beaches and deep green forest will blow you away. The concierge can help you plan a perfect day trip to Arcachon to see the famous Pyla sand dune, visit the oyster farms or enjoy a boat ride along the Garonne in Bordeaux.
