• Personal gym with brand-new equipment, including a stationary bike and free weights.  The smart TV even has an app for virtual training sessions.  (Note: the treadmill in the gym photo is not in this home.)

Step onto the stage and grab a mic—there’s even a piano for accompaniments and chic, lounge-style seating.
• Arcade Room: Next door, discover the first of this mansion’s two fabulous game rooms. This one is home to a glittering array of much-loved arcade games, from Pac-Man and air hockey to a classic racing game.
• Game Loft: Upstairs you will find more fun surprises in the spacious game loft. Here, you can brush up your billiards skills at the pool table, try your hand at darts or ring toss, or challenge your friends to wall Scrabble.
• Movie Theater: If a relaxing movie night is more your jam, you’re in luck with a private theater to call your own. Your guests will love sinking into the comfy reclining chairs and enjoying a favorite flick on the big screen with surround sound. 

Themed Bedrooms~

First up is the TV Lovers room—the special “12th bedroom” of the house, and perhaps the most jaw-dropping with its elaborate design and expansive layout. From corner to corner, you’ll be immersed in beloved episodes from classic TV shows with life-size characters on the wall and renderings of famous scenes and settings. Kids (or kids at heart—this room appeals to grownups, too!) can sleep inside a TV set in one of three hidden bunk beds. A curvy blue slide adds even more whimsical fun.

Upstairs, in the Desert Fantasy room, kids can imagine themselves as heroes on a yellow planet in a galaxy far away. Vivid wall art, ladders, and slides will inspire hours of play, while secret, tucked-away bunk beds will have them dreaming of starship battles where the good guys always win.

In the Enchanted Forest room, the little ones will love exploring an Alpine wonderland of hidden cottages (aka bunk beds), ladders, and fanciful wall art that will remind them of their favorite snow-princess movie. Make-believe has never been more fun, and bedtime is cozy and inviting in this Nordic fairyland.
