As soon as you enter this home, you’ll be welcomed by the expansive living area, furnished with contemporary decor, including a large sectional sofa and an 86-inch flat-screen TV - perfect for enjoying movie nights or just relaxing together. The expansive kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, dual refrigerators and dishwashers, making it ideal for preparing group meals. The dining area features an oversized table with lots of seating. The ground floor gets plenty of natural light, thanks to the large sliding glass panel door, which also provides access to your very own private resort-style pool. An outdoor ping pong table, authentic Tiki bar, and stylish outdoor furniture can also be found on the supersized pool area for all of your entertainment and relaxation needs.
