The main living area commands attention with its colossal U-shaped sectional sofa, stretching nearly 30 feet to accommodate everyone comfortably. Adjacent to this space lies a generously proportioned dining table, flanked by a kitchen equipped with dual refrigerators and dishwashers. The kitchen's expansive island adds to the allure, featuring five counter-seats perfect for casual breakfast gatherings.

Sliding panel doors lead to the mansion's outdoor area, where guests can unwind by the refreshing pool or enjoy drinks at the cozy tiki bar. Evening relaxation is epitomized by the spa under the stars, complete with ample seating including a table with benches and multiple chaise loungers.

For leisurely activities, guests are invited to try their hand at mini golf, provided with putters and balls, before exploring the upper level.
