This beautiful villa is located in the exclusive gated community of Punta Cana Resort & Club, a 26-square-mile paradise that is blessed with a temperate year-round climate, light rainfall, and soft ocean breezes. Its colorful coral reefs, calm crystalline waters, and white-sand beaches are breathtaking. The entrances hardwood door welcomes you to a high ceiling on the imposing foyer leading to the second floor, a very modern chandelier with its own character, the large living room offering warmth through its combined cushions and everything encircled by a pristine white. From there, you can also glimpse into the outside of the house, waiting for you with a long patio bestowed with comfortable furniture to enjoy the unique weather or invite the family on a special occasion to the alfresco dining.

At sunset have a drink on the big terrace on the second floor while playing pool with your friends. Or spend the de day by the pool, inviting all guests to cool off after a long day at the beach while viewing the evergreen golf course. For a bite or dinner, the fully equipped kitchen is the ideal place to meet and greet and recap all conversations and end them in the fine dining room.
