What distinguishes this villa from the others is certainly this magnificent property more than 150 years old which was home of famous Croatian literate Nikola Pulić. The location of the villa is perfect for those who want to enjoy in untouched nature but still be able to visit historical Dalmatian towns nearby.

This luxurious five star villa was renovated in 2018 and offers you peace and quiet for full relaxation in beautiful surroundings area of Skradin. It sleeps up to 10 guests in five bedrooms, and it can accommodate two extra guests on the pull out sofa in the living room.

The villa property includes two separate houses and it comprises of five bedrooms, two living rooms with an indoor fireplace and TV and stereo surround system, wireless internet connection throughout the whole property, two indoor and two outdoor kitchens, large dining area for the guests, and even two swimming pools. All five bedrooms are furnished with double beds (bed size 180 x 200 cm). Furthermore, all of the five bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin or a bath tub.

The outdoor area features a gorgeous partly covered terrace from which guests can enjoy the view of the area or just relax on the deck chairs besides the swimming pools. The surface of the pool is 32 square meters. Also, on the terrace, guests can use two stone barbecues and outdoor kitchens while dining outside in the warm summer nights. On the property there are also two additional toilets just next to the two saunas and two outdoor hydro massage tubs.

Guests can also use six bikes and explore the area of the national park or just relax in the beautiful nature of the Skradin. Children will surely have fun in the outside area on the slide or in the playhouse.
