Location Details

Brac Airport (Bol) is 25 minutes away by car
Split is 20 minutes by water taxi from either Splitska or Supetar, or 50 minutes with ferry from Supetar. A car ferry goes almost every hour in summer season. A fast hydrofoil runs to Split from Sutivan (17 minute drive) in the summer from 3-4 times a day and takes 25 minutes

Villa Notes

No pets allowed (For small animals, an exception might be made) although there is a dog on the property and a chicken coop (far away on an adjacent olive grove which is part of the property, providing fresh organic free-range eggs)
The rooms are non-smoking. There are designated smoking areas around the villas
Weddings / Events accepted for a maximum of 50 people if both villas booked, 30 people if only one villa
Villa Johanna and Villa Lucia follow the same guest policies and regulations
