The two-story floor plan boasts a cathedral-ceiling foyer and a spacious roof-top terrace. Also on the top floor, and adjacent to the rooftop terrace, the game room features a full-size billiards table, bar, and half bath; the double-wide, glass doors creating a perfect indoor-outdoor party area for friends and family.

Downstairs, the expansive living area leads out onto a beautifully furnished patio, which overlooks the free-form pool that is surrounded by lush, tropical gardens and the Costa Rica rainforest.

The occupancy limit is 12 people. Registered and nonregistered. For single men, the max is 6.
