The residential masterpiece features an outdoor, year-round heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, and infinite amenities, including a state-of-the-art kitchen, smart home technology, a fitness studio with two pelotons, a plush theater room, and much more. Its myriad pieces of custom art pay homage to the surrounding mountain ranges and Vail’s ski mountain, including an expansive three-dimensional art wall composed of metal, gemstones, and glass dedicated to all 58 of Colorado’s majestic 14ers.

At the pinnacle of the Apex Collection, the guest experience at Ethos is unmatched, with your own dedicated butler, concierge, stocked ski essentials, outdoor adventure toys, and all of Vail at your fingertips. In addition, guests can also experience Opus, the totality of the estate at 99-100 Vail Road, accommodating 20 guests.

SKI ACCESS
Vail Village
Ethos is just 0.1 miles to Vail Village, walking through Willow Park or up Vail Road. It's just a few minutes walk to Gondola One.

Lionshead Village
Alternatively, you can walk up Beaver Dam Road and access Born Free Run and ski directly onto Lionshead Village, or walk to Lionshead approximately 7 minutes walking distance away.

HOME FEATURES
This luxury property offers a year-round heated outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi hot tub. The stocked ski room includes ski lockers, a flat-screen TV, and adventure equipment. Ski essentials encompass a Miele espresso and latte machine, dishwasher, hand and foot warmers, bars, snacks, seltzers, soda, and craft beers. The great room features a two-story design with a wall-length fireplace, leading to an expansive heated terrace with a three-dimensional Colorado 14er art wall and a dining table for 10. Snowmelt terraces and driveway, a theater room with sectional sofas and a wet bar, a state-of-the-art fitness studio, a fully-equipped kitchen, a second living room with a boutique kitchenette, and luxury Malie bath products complete the lavish amenities.
