Overview

With 10,400 finished square ft. this home provides an amazing opportunity for a multi-generational family or corporate group to spend time together. To finish out the chef’s fantasy, there are two Asko dishwashers, a built-in Miele espresso maker, convection oven/microwave, copper farm sinks and a double island made of stunning banded ironstone. The outside island has seating for four people with a large TV overhead.

For indulging in the food your chef has put together, there is a gorgeous 12-person granite dining table. It’s the perfect place to gather and share the adventures of the day.

The master suite on the main floor features a one-of-a-kind, custom, 90 sq.ft. bed, rock fireplace and access to the front patio. The spacious and luxurious master bath boasts a towel warmer and large jetted bathtub that will welcome you after a winter day on the slopes. The upper level of the home has five additional bedrooms, including a suite with a queen bed, full kitchen and access to the upper deck with a hot tub. There is also a bunk room with three twin and three full beds, and two bedrooms one with a queen bed and one with a king bed. There is a second master with a California king bed. All bedrooms have their own beautifully tiled bathrooms.

The lower level of this home is where entertaining is at its best. The media room offers a large movie screen and reclining theater seats for the ultimate movie night. For your refreshments, there is a full wet bar with a beverage refrigerator and freezer. There is also a pool table and a fireplace in the bar area. In the next room over you’ll find ping pong and foosball tables. If that isn’t enough entertainment, there is a 14-foot high climbing wall. There is also a large playroom that can double as a conference room. There are three half baths throughout the lower level.

This home boasts the largest deck at The Porches with an outdoor fireplace and magnificent view of the ski mountain.
