Kids of all ages will enjoy the lower-level family room, a fun and cozy space with comfortable couches, a TV, deck access, a game table, a wet bar with a fridge, and a billiard table. Also on the lower level are three more bedrooms - two king suites, and a bunk room with two bunk beds plus a twin trundle underneath. Each room enjoys a TV, a private ensuite bath, and deck access. The lower covered deck is a great place to sit and enjoy the views or cozy up with a book in warmer months. In the lower hall is a laundry room with a washer and dryer and a separate half bath.

Other amenities include plenty of gear storage in a large mud room with access to the 2-car garage, where guests can use boot dryers and ski racks. There is additional parking for 2 more cars in the driveway.
