Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, Whiskey Rocks features plenty of gorgeous outdoor living space including a large gated and private wraparound courtyard. Set on a large lot with 360-degree views of the San Jacinto Mountains, this single-family home is thoughtfully designed with slate tile floors, vaulted ceilings in the main living space, and modern furnishings. The walls are accented throughout by framed rock album art, exciting any rock music lover.

In the living room, natural light floods through the wall-to-wall outdoor patio doors. You can watch movies on the large Samsung Frame TV, enjoy the remote-controlled gas fireplace during colder months, and gather with friends on the couch and two armchairs arranged for conversation and cocktails.

The dining room table seats six, or you can sit at the three kitchen bar stools while your chef prepares snacks in the kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a gas range oven, and a refrigerator equipped with two ice makers. The open concept flow allows for talking between the two spaces so that you can easily request a beverage. Then, head outside to the beautiful wraparound courtyard from the large wall-to-wall sliding glass doors providing a spectacular view of the mountains. Definitely check out a sunrise or two while you are here.

The wraparound courtyard features an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill, large sink, and a bar with seating for four. There's a dining table for six, a hammock for two, and several lounge chairs to soak up some sun. There are plenty of towels and toys for splashing around the private pool under the sunny desert sky, a large relaxing hot tub, and a putting green to practice your pro shots. At night's end, you can sit around the fire pit and stargaze through the silhouettes of palm trees against the night sky.

The extra large primary suite features abundant natural light from three sliding glass doors that all exit to the courtyard, an ultra comfy king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, seating area with two armchairs, a workspace with a desk and chair, a remote-controlled electric fireplace, and an en-suite bathroom with a step-in shower and double vanity. Late sleeper? You will love the remote-control blackout shades.

The second bedroom is your rock ‘n’ roll private space with a king-sized bed, a sliding glass door to a quiet patio in the courtyard, a flat-screen smart TV, a blackout shade, and a rock road case workspace and chair. The adjacent reading-inspired hall bathroom includes a shower and sink and features dozens of books to borrow and read. We like to call it the library.

Additional amenities include a workout area in the garage with weights, yoga mats, yoga blocks, and more. There's also an exercise bike, a mini-split style AC/Heater, and a flat-screen smart TV in the garage as well as a full-size washer and dryer. And, if you like to cook, there's an entire rack in the garage that features every tool a home chef could need including an Instant Pot, air fryer, wok, sushi roller, Cuisinart mixer, and more.

This home welcomes dogs with a non-refundable pet fee of $150, plus tax.
