With a Main House and Casita offering 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, it accommodates up to 10 guests. Located in Andreas Hills, the finest hiking trails in Palm Springs are a quick walk away. Guests will delight in sunning on the Baja tanning shelf in the private 50 foot pool, practicing their short game on the putting green, or serving a relaxed match on the tennis and pickleball court.

Step inside the Main House, where glass doors and picture windows capture the magnificent mountain views. In the living room, dramatic 18 foot cathedral ceilings and sumptuous seating beget a refined space to enjoy a book or an evening with friends around the grand piano or fiepalce. A formal dining room with a table for 8 and a breakfast nook that seats 4 connects to the living space and flows into the well-equipped kitchen, featuring high-end appliances. Gather in the den for a viewing party on the 85” TV—there is seating for 20! The lavish primary bedroom with a king bed and fireplace overlooks the pool and grounds. Past the pool, the Casita is perfect for additional guests. It includes two private bedrooms each with ensuite baths, one with queen bed, and one with queen sleeper sofa.
