Sugar Mill: The curved architecture of the open-air stone mill affords panoramic views of the bay. Enjoy tapas created with time-honored local recipes and innovative flavor combinations, alongside cocktails, sangrias, and exclusive wines.  Sugar Mill's centerpiece is a raw bar featuring fresh lobster, ceviche, and other succulent daily delicacies.

Pavilion: Features shared plates and flavorful slow-cooked comfort dishes that showcase fresh meats, seafood, and local ingredients. Guests enjoy an elaborate breakfast service, à la carte lunch and dinner menus, sweeping sea vistas, and gentle trade winds.

Reef House: This restaurant utilizes fresh local provisions from land and sea, and simple preparation methods, in a contemporary take on bold Caribbean flavors. The bar offers tequila aperitifs, handcrafted cocktails, and organic wines from around the world.

Rum Room: This open-air lounge offers an extensive library of rare and aged rums, a global selection of wines, classic cocktails from the 1960s and 1970s, and live entertainment. Guests are invited to sample small-batch rums at weekly tasting sessions.

Chilled water, towels, and fresh fruit are provided for guests’ comfort, and a dedicated personal trainer is on hand to lend expert guidance.

Join our professional instructors for guided classes in yoga, meditation, strength training, and cardio. Our dedicated fitness trainer is also available to provide a wide variety of private workouts outside of your accommodations, in open areas across the resort, or online via video conferencing.  

Pools~

Pavilion Pool: Nestled amongst palm trees and ancient volcanic boulders, the free-form Pavilion Pool offers beachfront swimming and a central place to relax. Guests can partake in classic rum punch and other refreshments with poolside service from the nearby Pavilion lounge. For families, there is a shallow pool for children to enjoy.

Spa Infinity Pool: Located at the heart of the resort’s cliffside sanctuary, the spa infinity pool is a serene oasis that seemingly blends into the Caribbean Sea. Framed by lush tropical palms, colorful flowers, and volcanic rocks, the tiered pool offers breathtaking elevated views of the ocean and a quiet place to lounge before or after a relaxing massage.

Children's Club~

Rosewood Explorer's Program: Offering a range of fun-filled activities for younger guests, making this kid-friendly Caribbean resort a superb destination for families. The age-appropriate adventures and events are designed to celebrate Caribbean culture, stimulate curiosity, and encourage a connection with the surrounding natural environment.

At a children’s center set among the shade of a mahogany preserve, kids engage in creative pursuits such as landscape painting, Caribbean folk arts and crafts, West Indian music, local storytelling, and jewelry making. Led by experienced and caring counselors, they participate in nature walks, shell collecting, treasure hunts, sandcastle contests, and other activities that bring them in direct contact with the beautiful tropical environs.
