You’ll be pleasantly surprised because we will be happy to provide your airport or water taxi pickup when in San Pedro, or we can arrange for your golf cart rental. There will also be a welcome cocktail drink upon your arrival, enough for your evening “happy hour” so you can begin relaxing upon arrival.

Accommodations- 

Two Bedroom Beachside Suites/Sleeps up to 6 guests:

These two-bedroom beachside suites offer the best views of the Caribbean Sea. The suites are equipped with a king-size bed in each bedroom and en-suite private bathrooms with hot/cold showers. Other features include a full kitchen and dining area that can accommodate parties of six. The living room is fully furnished and includes a flat-screen television. In addition, a full-size futon in the living room provides additional sleeping space. 

Each of our suites boasts an outdoor balcony or patio with a private seating area overlooking the beautiful Caribbean Sea. You are just steps from the shoreline and will enjoy cool sea breezes daily. Daily housekeeping is provided offered and wireless Internet access is available onsite. 

Three-Bedroom Penthouse/Sleeps up to 8 guests:

Providing the utmost in Belizean beach luxury, each room in our three-bedroom penthouse suites offers a king-size bed and private bathrooms with hot/cold showers. All penthouses feature a 2-level layout atop our Sea view buildings. The first level of the suites features the living & dining area, full kitchen, and two bedrooms with a spectacular view of the beach & sea. A twirling wooden stair leads to the second level where you will find the 3rd bedroom with magnificent views of the beach and vegetation around the resort and the most amazing panoramic view of the Belize Barrier Reef & the Caribbean Sea. You can enjoy a marvelous Sunrise right above the Caribbean Sea or a breathtaking sunset every day in this Penthouse suite. The fully furnished living room includes a flat-screen television and a full-size futon for additional sleeping space. Additional in-room amenities include air conditioning, a safe, a hair dryer, and an iron and ironing board.

Gem Restaurant: Dining at Gem Restaurant is an experience! Prepare yourself for one of the most memorable, savory, and relaxing dining experiences you’ll enjoy in Belize. Gem Restaurant offers a unique fusion of style and taste that will leave you wanting more. Whether you are starting your morning the Sapphire way with an inspiring view of the sunrise for breakfast, relaxing by the beach and taking in the sun for lunch, or enjoying an evening dinner indoors, you’ll find everything you desire at Gem Restaurant.

Hours of Operation: Breakfast: 7:30 am – 11:00 am, Lunch: 11:00 am – 5:00 pm, Dinner: 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm 

Tiki Bar & Pool: Signature cocktails also feature a unique Sapphire twist to them and have been crafted to pair perfectly with our dishes. Just like the savory food, your cocktails are all made with local liquors and fresh fruits that come directly from locally sourced vendors.

Belize Chocolate Company: Presses their own cocoa butter from these beans and uses it in their chocolate to give it the familiar smooth quality of chocolate. They offer a variety of chocolate products including bars, truffles, chocolate tea, cocoa powder, and chocolate body products. Head over and make chocolate with them on their 45‑minute crash course on how to make the chocolate. 

Melody Art Gallery: Paint N Splash is a paint party service for everybody, adults, and kids! Book a paint party at any of the studios or they can bring the party to you. Providing everything you need: brushes, aprons, paints, canvas paint boards, and step‑by‑step instructions. All you need to bring is a positive “I can do this” attitude.
